- Added support for Win64 native compilation. Use the library and include
  files in the Win64 subdirectory.

The header files needed some modification to get to work natively on the
platform so please back up any PNG/ZLIB headers you might have lying around
before overwriting them.

Updated library versions and compilation methods (stack-based as opposed to
register-based) on OS/2.
